The rugs shown on this page use our patterns designed by Barbara based on the art of Sandi Gore Evans. We have been required to reduce our offering of patterns based on Sandi's art. Only the designs we still offer are shown here.

Click on the small images below to see a larger view of each rug, then use your back button to return to this page.

The delightful rug on the left was hooked by Gloria Hayse of Avon, Indiana. I love the peaceful feeling that you get with these colors and the design. A true heart-warmer.

The rug in the middle was hooked by Barbara Zarbock, Salisbury, Connecticut. I also love Barbara's red border and the way she hooked her sky. This rug surely gives the real meaning to the Christmas season. Thanks to Gloria, Barbara and Sandi Gore Evans.

Donna Hopkins, Frankfort, Kentucky, hooked the rug on the right. Her small tree was hooked with a wonderful wool, so that it looks as if there is snow on it. I had a wonderful weekend with Donna and Marsha and their husbands. Thanks to everyone.

Joyce Schroeder of Lancaster, Pennsylvania, hooked the fourth Do You See What I See? 24 X 21. The wool Joyce used for the sky is neat, a super blue with white running through it. When it is hooked looks like the snow is "whirling" in the sky.

Louise was in my class in June at the Laurel Highlands Rug School. I think this rug is absolutely wonderful. I love the color of Mister Kringle's coat and the play of the reds going around the rug. Thanks Louise.

Nada Lind of Shepherdstown, West Virginia, hooked the second rug. Nada also did this at the Laurel Highlands Rug School. Nada chose to leave the bird out and add the rambling branches. Please note Mister Kringle's bag. It is one plaid and we used the different parts of it to create this bag. Super neat and thanks to Nada.

Carol Rahill, Mansfield, Ohio, hooked the third Mister Kringle here at the Woolley Fox during a mini workshop. She also used one plaid for the bag, and don't you just love her taupe Santa? And the beard is terrific. Thanks Carol.

Marcia Rickansrud, Springdale, Arkansas, hooked the fourth Mister Kringle. Another neat rug -- he is such a super fellow you can use any color story. I do love the sticks! His mustache is neat and her "sparky" stocking is fun.

The fifth Mister Kringle was hooked by Kathy Wright of Winchester, Kentucky. His gold coat, teal stocking and red fur make him a super fun fellow.

The sixth Mister Kringle was hooked by Judy Harrison of Delmont, Pennsylvania. The red coat on Mister Kringle is beautiful. Judy's stocking is very much fun.

Always a neat rug. I love her basket and the sticks! Wonderful bird.

Patty Rogers of Kenmore, Washington, hooked the second Mister Kringle. The green glove is fabulous and absolutely love Mister Kringle's basket.

Bonnie Smith of Frostburg, Maryland, hooked the third Mister Kringle, 41 x 18.  Notice Bonnie's background. Very neat and also her basket. The basket is one wool. Love taupe Kringle's also. Thanks Bonnie.

Liz Gordon of Lexington, Virginia, hooked the fourth Mister Kringle. His coat fur is sheep roving. His beard is curly locks yarn. Is this fun????? Think "out of the box." Liz sure did and it is wonderful. Love the movement of the blue background.

Denise Waltman of Everett, Pennsylvania, hooked the fifth Mister Kringle, 41 x 18. Denise's rug is just wonderful. I love the stocking, the basket and the great background. Everything is just perfect. Kudos to Denise and to Lisa Baughman who taught this rug.

Carolyn Falcon of Greensburg, Pennsylvania, hooked the sixth Mister Kringle, 41 x 18. Carolyn had a great time with this rug. The coat on Mister Kringle is super, especially with the wonderful old purple fur.

Oh Little Star Cathcart.jpg (52572 bytes) ohlittlestar MaryAnnGearinger.jpg (124934 bytes) Oh Little Star, 18 x 18, this small treasure was hooked by Elaine Cathcart of Athens, Tennessee. Elaine made a pillow out of this mat. I do love this pattern of Sandi's, and Elaine's rendition it is just right for winter.

Mary Ann Gearinger hooked the second Oh Little Star. This rug says so much and is so small. Wonderfulness really does come in small packages! Mary Ann's sky is quiet and peaceful - reflecting the message of the Holiday Season.

prairesanta.jpg (32887 bytes) Prairie Santa Carter.jpg (81407 bytes) praire santa Jan.jpg (108569 bytes) prairie-santa Dianne Cains.jpg (151213 bytes) prairiesantaELawrence.jpg (172084 bytes) Prairie Santa 30 x 33, This pattern is the first design from Sandi's art. It is pure whimsy at its best. A fun rug to hook and definitely a fun rug to own. The rug on the left was hooked by Barbara a few years ago.

The second rug was hooked by Judy Carter of Willow Street, Pennsylvania. I love her border treatment.

Jan Graham of London, Kentucky, hooked the third rug last year at a Woolley Fox Mini Workshop. She says that the border reminds her of Christmas Ribbon Candy. It was the first border that she had done with textures and hit 'n' miss. Great job and I love the orange cat. A nifty piece of spark.

The fourth Prairie Santa was hooked by Dianne Cains, a fun Kentucky lady. And you know she is fun with the purple cow. Great smile for everyone. Thanks Dianne.

The fifth Prairie Santa was hooked by Evelyn Lawrence from Hallstead, Pennsylvania. A true super lady with a great sense of whimsy. I love the "jeans" on the Santa, perky and fun.

Uncle Spangle Robinson.jpg (86754 bytes) Uncle Spangle, 38 x 25, hooked by Sandy Robinson, London, Kentucky. What a fun patriotic rug. The background is a camel with a windowpane deep red going through it. Gives the background movement and adds a touch of color.
